Operational Risk Mitigation Specialist/ Senior Operational Risk Specialist (R-19-1147)This critical role will mitigate risk and loss to the company through operational processes, investigations, plans and work orders. Due to the importance of data privacy and compliance concerns, a point person is needed to be manage the risks for our customers and the company. The Operational Risk Specialist will be a cross functional business subject matter expert, who will also manage our BCEM (Business Continuity Emergency Management) plans and risks and be responsible to ensure the revenue cycle and customer experience is covered for the company. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, analytical, and communicative. This is a great opportunity to work with all areas of the Customer Service Organization and other departments of PGE. You will be a superhero of championing relentless safety and serving our customers boldly. The successful candidate will have two or more years in customer service risk mitigation (e.g., business continuity, credit or fraud) or equivalent combination of customer service and risk management experience. At the Senior level, the successful candidate will have five or more years in customer service risk mitigation (e.g., business continuity, credit or fraud) or equivalent combination of customer service and risk management experience.
